calculatebranch makes compiled versions work.Note that there are some re-arrangements among Rpublic, Cpublic, and permanent C++ code.
This must be used with nCompiler branch
support-nimbleModel, which I'll make an nCompiler PR for.One must install that version of nCompiler first, so that installing nimbleModel uses that version of nCompiler. (I will also file an issue about this known workflow fragility.)
